Losco in Assembly Hall is a vegan gem! High end Mexican cuisine made vegan. Dishes are hearty, flavorful and simply delicious. Chef Herrera is an award winning executive chef who lovingly crafts imaginative vegan dishes that are not just for vegans. I’ve made my way through their delicious menu. Try the Chorizo Burrito with Tortilla Soup. I haven’t had Mexican food this good outside of Mexico. The desserts are amazing. Try the frozen Twix bar made from a vegan ice cream, cookie and magic. Enjoy!

I had their special burrito with a side arugula salad with pomegranate. Fresh and tasty.
