Good Salat with atlest a few vegan dishes

For a Spanish restaurant, surprisingly many vegetarian options, fewer vegan ones. But I was recommended a new restaurant that they just opened in the centre which is a vegetarian restaurant and has many vegan options. It’s called UVE
