Vegan caper or potato kanish warmed up. Do NOT add guac to anything, they charge nearly $5!

Was in Eureka on a road trip down California. Found Los Bagels thanks to Happycow at the time!! While the place is by no means vegetarian, most of the bagels were vegan, and lots of the toppings were veggie in some capacity. Additionally, the staff was super helpful and knowledgeable in all things vegetarian.
The Capers vegan bagel was amazing and comes highly recommended. The guacamole salad was also excellent. If you stop in Eureka, Los Bagels is the place to go for breakfast or lunch!

There is nothing I miss more since being diagnosed with celiac than Los Bagels. All of the bagels are vegan. Several vegan options or build your own bagel. Locally made tofu spread is oh so good. Now if they'd just start making a gluten-free bagel my life would be complete again.
