Quite some vegan options - Edit
One of the better restaurants here, they offer quite some different foods but it is not clear what is vegan. Please ask them and they will show you. The owners are very nice and deserve the extra visitors!

Nice place with nice owner - Edit
There are a few vegan options at this place - for example the vegetarian verduras saltadas and pasta. There are pizzas but no vegan cheese. The owner is very kind and lets some of the street dogs inside for a while.

A good option in Nazca - Edit
In a town with no specifically vegan/vegeterian resturants. This was a great option for us when we walked past and saw a vegan sign. The food was simple but good (a little bland). Big portions, filled with veggies. The service was great, very attentive, and were able to clearly tell us what they can make vegan and how (I.e. using soy milks for cremas/soups). Affordable prices. All in all, it was a good option in Nazca where it was hard to find places to eat.
