El sabor de los platos es excepcional. Sabor, sazón y algo de picante que, sin duda, te hacen estar en Perú y conocer su gastronomía desde el veganisimo. La atención del personal fue excelente y muy amable. Nos quedamos con pena de no probar el suspiro a la limeña, pero volveremos, sin duda.

Si quieres comida rica, que llene y a buen precio, este es tu lugar. Nos encantó todo lo que pedimos y la camarera fue muy amable. Inclusive nos preparó un plato que era del otro restaurante y no lo tenían en este. Destacaría sobre todo las empanada de ají. Están brutales. El ceviche también muy acertado. Volveremos!!!

We visited Los Andenes for dinner one evening. They don't have a menu in English so it took us a while for us to decipher what was on offer as we are far from proficient in Spanish and largely unfamiliar with Peruvian food. Although the waitress spoke English, she was pretty busy so didn't really have time to explain everything to us. Luckily Google translate came to our rescue and we managed to work out what most things were. To save time, you might want to look things up online in advance of visiting the restaurant!
Read moreIt turned out there were lots of interesting options - all of which were vegan! We started with the empanada de aji de gallina (a small pasty filled with creamy fake chicken) and the camoto frito (sweet potato fries with aioli). For mains we had, the tacu tacu con lomito (beans & rice with fake beef) and the chijaukey (a breaded fake chicken schnitzel with a Chinese-style sauce). Everything was pretty good but we weren't entirely blown away but I think that is more to do with the nature of Peruvian cuisine rather than the proficiency of the restaurant. Portions are large so we had no room for dessert. The bill came in at €38 including a pint of beer & a glass of wine which seemed a fair price.
It's a small restaurant with only a handful of tables so booking is probably a good idea especially at the weekend - when we visted they were turning people away by 830pm as they full.

No puedo decir si es el sabor tradicional de la comida peruana porque nunca la había probado, pero la comida estaba muy rica. Pedimos ceviche, camote y Chijaukay. Este último fue nuestro favorito sin ninguna duda, tanto el arroz como el no-pollo ¡estaban increíbles! El alfajor también fue una delicia.

We come here every 2 weeks or so and it never disappoints. Every single thing we have tried has been delicious and of the highest standard. Prices are more than fair for the quality of the food offered and the amount of food on each plate is very generous.

No sólo la atención es fantástica, la comida está buenísima. Me encanta que hayan restaurantes veganos así, que ofrezcan una cocina tan rica como la peruana adaptada en vez de limitarse a boles, ensaladas o esencialmente bocatas. Te muestra como cualquier cocina, con un poco de genio cocinero, puede ser vegana y deliciosa.
