Ottimo - Edit

Good baked potatoes - Edit
In the restaurant you choose what to eat without a menu at the table. The menu is displayed on a blackboard. It consists of a single dish. Spaces a little narrow in the entrance room. There is also a room on the upper floor. Good food, especially the baked potatoes.

Bar vegano in pieno centro - Edit
Noi siamo andati a fare colazione e ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Tasty, affordable home made food - Edit
I feel like this was the most balanced meal I had while visiting Torino for the weekend. The portions were right, we could choose the mix of elements to go in our dish from protein, carbs, veggies, etc, and the food was good in general.

My breakfast spot for four straight days - Edit
Went there on the second morning of my five-day stay in Turin and came back every morning since. The owner is the nicest person, and the stuffed croissants are great, not at all heavy.

Heerlijk vers eten bij een vriendelijke barman! - Edit

This place is awesome - Edit
I really liked that they have everything for vegans - the Italian breakfast with a croissant or lunch or cake/dessert. The owner is also super friendly.

Tasty and not crowded - Edit
At first it was hard to explain myself since I didn’t want the whole meal, just a few items. The lady behind me finally explained in Italian and the owner was super friendly after that. The vegetable croquettes were my favorite thing and the farinata was tasty too, but the tiramisu was not flavorful.

Best vegan pastries in Turin - Edit
The pastries here are to die for, as well as great juices and coffee! I have not personally had lunch here, but it looked great too. The owner was very friendly and invited us to his other restaurant - which we absolutely will be going to visit! I highly recommend for a little treat or breakfast.

Highly recommend! - Edit
We've only had great experiences at L'Orto. The staff were friendly and welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. Everything was very flavorful and well-seasoned, and we thoroughly enjoyed every dish we had. It's fun to choose different options to create your own plate based on whatever speaks to you. The pastries and desserts were beautiful and well-made. While traveling, it feels like a huge win to find healthy and satisfying vegan food that's made with care. There's also spacious and comfortable seating both outside and in the restaurant.

Absolutely delicious! - Edit
Plenty of choice, all-vegan menu. Very friendly staff, and delicious, freshly made food.
Read moreLocated in a relatively quiet side street, which made outdoor seating a real treat.
If anything, I would love to see more savoury options for breakfast. But that didn’t stop me from going there for all my breakfasts while I stayed in Turin.
Pros: Delicious food , Friendly staff , All vegan
Cons: Low on savoury options for breakfast

Delicious and Welcoming! - Edit
The food is absolutely delicious and even my non vegan family ate their whole plates. I don't know much Italian and was feeling very awkward about how I ordered, but the guy working there was very nice and made us feel welcomed. Overall had a good time and I will definitely go back before leaving!

Absolute favourite - Edit
If I could teleport to beautiful Torino I'd go here so often they'd get sick of my face. The food looks simple, but everything is cooked to absolute perfection and tastes incredible. I've never had broccoli as nice as I had there, and everything else we had was wonderful. Lovely place, lovely staff - and while there they were receiving a delivery of fresh veg - so it's clearly all cooked from scratch. Cannot recommend this place too highly.

Keep it simple & smart… & tasty - Edit
I felt welcome from the moment I pushed the door. I was kindly explained how it works. Food seems very basic at first sight, you choose what you want from a range of vegetables and vegetable proteins… and once in your mouth, it’s a direct access to paradise. It is so tasty you can only slow down to savour every piece of it. Definitely a place to visit. Ps: the red wine is awesome too.

E come farselo scappare?

Awesome (but check allergens) - Edit
We had the breakfast set (cappuccino orange juice pastry) and it was amazing. The croissants were delicious and everything was so well-presented and made with love. The staff were also very nice and helpful. My only regret is that they didn’t inform us that they use almond milk for their coffee, as one of us is allergic and could not have her coffee after already ordering it (we assumed it would be either oat or soya, but we should have asked). We also tried the lasagne and it was delicious.
