This place is unbelievable:). The food is really unique, tasty and so fresh. It's a new family restaurant and I believe it will become very popular. Just note you can make it there with a normal car but please drive carefully. We made it there without a 4x4 but drove very slowly on some parts of the roads. The food, staff and view make it worth it though.

I had such a wonderful experience at Lori! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. They made us feel right at home and were happy to answer questions about the menu.

There are so many delicious vegan options on the menu. The food was fantastic, especially the hummus and homemade vegan cheese. We liked it so much, that we will be coming back very soon!

We were driving from San Jose to Puerto Jimenez and were feeling hungry around noon. I opened the app (not expecting to find anything) and was pleasantly surprised to find that we were only 10 minutes from Lori's--a fully vegan restaurant! So happy we stopped! The selection of food was great and as there were 8 of us, we sampled many items. All were very good, but the Lori burger and Schnitzel tofu sandwich were the favorites from the table. Lori's is definitely worth a stop!

This family run restaurant is amazing! Fully vegan in a remote surf town is such a treat. I went twice during my stay. The chai smoothie is the best smoothie I’ve ever had! Also highly recommend the bruschetta and raw chocolate cake. Superb flavors!

We had the homemade pita and hummus as an appetizer. The pita was incredible. Both the chopped Schnitzel tofu salad and the Falafel salad were delicious as well! Chilled water bottle for the table was perfect. Wish I was here long enough to come back again.

Ate there last night with my family. Food was so fresh and delicious! Everything made in house even ketchup and mayo. All vegan! Amazing fresh pita and challah rolls for the sandwiches. We all loved everything we ate. Wish we had room for dessert but we were so full.

Ich war nur 3 Tage in Dominical. Nachdem ich das erste Mal bei Lori gegessen habe, bin ich nirgendwo anders mehr hingegangen! Der Hummus und das Pitabrot sind einfach super. Auch der Burger ist toll - fluffig es Brötchen, saftiger Patty, leckere Kartoffeln. Außerdem hatte ich noch das Sandwich mit Aubergine und veganem Eiersalat, einfach toll.

They offered different combo dishes.
You can ask for the recommendations.
The outdoor space is nice and they really make an effort.
Different pizzas, burgers, drinks, shakes and hummus based dishes.
The food we had was nice (vegan burger, spaghetti bolognese) and they served a complimentary plate of fried pita, which was really nice.
Resonable portion sizes.
We did not like that the shakes were served warm and we had to wait until the ice cubes cooled them down.
It also looked like they could do some improvements of cleaning and some mushrooms in the fridge (for everyone to see) did not look like they should be eaten anymore …
As its an outdoor space don’t expect there to be an AC / cool down space although there is shade.

The food was so tasty and fresh. I had the burger, spaghetti , japanese curry, mayan hot chocolate and chai smoothie. My boyfriend loved it also which is rare because he doesn’t like vegan food but loved this place. The owners are very nice and really into it.

You could just go for the views, amazing sunset. You could just go for the beautiful family that hand crafts all their food. You must go to taste it! Their family recipes are such a joy to eat. It is by far the most flavorful and creative vegan food I’ve had.
