Very good food, although few vegan options, in a classy ambience.

There is one vegan starter and two vegan main courses. It’s rather expensive, but the food is very good.

Rather formal but interesting vegan options - Edit
This traditional restaurant offers pretty interesting vegan options in the "dall'orto" section. It is a little more on the formal side with distinguished interior. But certainly worth a try.
