Nonprofit organization promoting a healthy diet using just the produce of the land. Organizes conferences and vegan/macrobiotic cooking courses. From Mon-Thur it serves a reservation-only lunch at 12:30pm, and if you go at 10am the staff will also teach you how to prepare your dish and you can just have a mixed dish for a reduce price. Annual membership is required.
