I visited this location two times this week, the first time I ordered a classic hot dog and was given the spicy one. The second time i tried to use a coupon emailed to me by lotf and the guy told me he couldn’t use it and had no idea what it was, he also gave me the wrong sauce. When I told him I was given the wrong hotdog two days prior he just acted confused and ignored me, stated that it was probably made wrong because he was busy, however I was the only customer there at the time! Super lazy and rude customer service, there are too many good vegan spots to waste your time here, just go to wise boys.

The original burger is decent, but nothing special. The burger patty was quite oily. The cheese was not melted and dry. Bun was fresh but of medium quality.
Read moreThe onion rings at $10 for 7 onion rings were a bit pricey I thought, and that doesn’t include sauce which is another $2. The burgers are better priced.

This place was good for some dirty vegan food. We tried the sample munch box of different items and hot dogs. There are better companies out there but these guys are doing a good job for NZ.

Love LOTF but it can sometimes be a bit dry. I got the chicken burger and regular showstring fries. They were both good, however have had dry nuggets a couple of times.

Burger bun falls apart, dry, cheese was cold and not creamy at all. Burger was not my taste - therefore, the cheese balls were good: Creamy and cheesy tasting filling.

Read moreI tried the sampler munch box - unfortunately there was so much salt on it I couldn’t eat all the food. The onion rings were way over cooked. Other items were cooked well. No breakfast items available any more. Disappointing this chain has gone downhill overall across NZ. This will be my last visit to any of them unless things seriously change - turns out you can go wrong with vegan junk food.

Can’t go wrong with vegan junk food. This is a hole in the wall store, but there is seating nearby that you can use. All your Lord of the Fries favourites, cooked well. Only disappointment was on our last visit they had supply issued with their normal vegan egg and the replacement literally had a piece of carrot as the ‘yolk’, but supply issues are affecting everyone atm.
