Not much to offer - Edit
Ordered the tofu and rice noodle bowl, remove the egg and sauce and swap out for the sweet chilli sauce. Not bad, would be nice to have more options!

If you order online it's easy to get several items vegan by subbing tofu or removing meat, dairy, and eggs. Their sweet Maui chips are not vegan but they offer several sides that are vegan including rice and my personal favorite the hummus and pitas.

Pros: Some vegan options by customizing, Pita and hummus side is really great
Cons: Hard to tell which sauces are vegan, Rice is not seasoned. , Pretty boring and uninteresting with no sauce

They have excellent food, extremely friendly staff, plenty of parking, and curbside pickup for those in a hurry. All of that and the prices are very good too.
