Food stall with English writing on the sign stating it's vegetarian. Buffet has beans, squash, tofu, broccoli and others. Almost all vegan. Open Mon-Sun 11:00am-9:00pm.
The restaurant offered a very extensive drinks and ice menu, and there’s a small but fully veggie food menu. They do use egg in some dishes, which would be easy enough to leave out upon request. I had “wok cooked” (nabeyaki?) udon noodles served in a veggie broth. The soup included daikon, carrot, enoki, plant-based meat, and more. It’s a no frills place, but what they do, they do well. It also has wasn’t too far from Kaohsiung station (10 minute walk) where I had to catch a train.
