Authentic Pho Chay - Edit
there were 3 women working together the day i went in. they were all giggly and seemed like sisters. was pretty entertaining. whipped up my batch of pho in a couple minutes. was pretty good from what i remember. i usually only remember the really bad ones and the really good ones. id go back. didnt even look at the menu, if there was one. they had the typical chay restrnt deli style pick what you want stuff too. there was no english coming out of any of them. just giggles. fine. i know how to say "pho chay" well enough. theres a place a few doors down too. didnt try that one yet. shoulda...
