BEST Vegan Ramen In Taichung

Just overall a great experience with yummy ramen in different flavors and great side-dishes. Fresh ingredients, veggies and some tofu variations, no processed 'plant-based' meat substitutes which is a plus for me. Also very nice owners. Go there, you won't regret it.

Pros: Nice flavors, Yummy side dishes, Lovely owners, no plastics

Amazing Ramen

Awesome vegan ramen with fair price! The soup is incredible tasteful and full with rich ingredients! *Veg Cat Rice* dish, was simply mushroom floss, quinoa and soy veg oil. But it taste like heaven🥺❤️

The uncle was very welcoming and very friendly even chat a bit about balance diet with me.

Location however is quite a settle place, might easily pass-by unnoticed and difficult to find parking even for scooter. But those can’t stop you from getting a gorgeous meal as such.

Pros: All vegan options, Authentic food, Welcoming staff

Cons: Hard to find parking, Ac isn’t very strong

Excellent!

Everything is made from scratch, which is quite hard to find at restaurants in Taiwanese cities. For example, they mix their own blend of curry spices, which includes Taiwan-grown turmeric and 10 other spices. Usually the side dishes are not something I get excited about, but here it was a completely different story. The fruit kimchi was divine, the lemon fried tofu tasted so comforting, and the crunchy lotus root with sesame was so fresh. They got pretty busy around 19:00 on a Wednesday, so my friend and I were asked to share our table with a couple. I definitely want to return to try the other ramen flavors and the rice bowls. The handmade ramen noodles were perfectly bouncy to the tooth. They use white rice and tri-color quinoa for the rice bowls. They use four different kinds of mushrooms in their 素燥飯. All of the dishes were flavorful and clean-tasting. This little vegan ramen shop deserves our support!

Great noodle soup!

The noodle is really good, and the soup also great! I love white noodle soup and tomato noodle soup!

Great hand-made ramen

This vegan hand-made ramen does not have any mock meat. Instead, it uses fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables to make the soup. There's a secret to make the soup so rich. They put a potato mash in the middle of the ramen, it can thicken the soup, makes it more intense and rich, love it!
