Hipster vibes all around for this bar cum restaurant that is located in a curious part of town, but housed in a gorgeous mill conversion. At first, I was going to dine in the gorgeous outside courtyard, but having been shown to my table and seeing that the chair upon which I would be seated my mere millimetres from the ground, I decided that it would be safer for all if I went indoors.
Read moreThe menu here has a great range to choose from, especially in terms of starters, so I ordered a significant amount of them and began to feast. The highlight of this first round of offerings had to be the Kelly potatoes, rosemary coated cubes served with an artichoke dip. For the main course, both the gnocchi and the leek with peanut dressing were absolute flavour bombs, but they left a little to be desired in terms of portion size. Finally, the desserts. This was, very unfortunately, the weakest part of meal. The carrot cake was overpowered by the coulis it was smothered in and the chocolate taco was overly frozen and the biscuit was rather dry.
A more that pleasant experience was had here and I would be delighted to return given th opportunity.

Beautiful place with a huge outdoor space and plenty of independent wine brands. Food is 70% vegan and 30% vegetarian, from starters to desserts, big dishes and a lot of choices. One of my favourites in town.

Cocktail davvero buoni. Per l'evento ci sono arrivati molti antipasti davvero sfiziosi. Non abbiamo mangiato piatti principali, ma il menù ci ha fatto gola.
