Best vegan fare on Isla Mujeres

My dad and I ate here 4 times during our 6-day visit to Isla in March 2015. It's very explicitly vegan and vegetarian-friendly. The vegan Rancheros on the brunch menu was delicious -- scrambled tofu, black beans, avocado on corn tortillas with tomato sauce. On the dinner menu I loved the Caribbean tofu and veggies in coconut cream. On another occasion they also made me a tasty vegan version of their veggie brunch baguette, substituting avocado for the sun dried tomato cream cheese. Highly recommended.
