Delightful, cosy little vegan, gf lunch spot. Usually 3 lunch options and a range of desserts. Very fresh, nourishing and delicious. Nobody spoke English when I went but I muddled through and pointed at things, and they were very kind! And everything was lovely so you can’t go wrong. They do take away or eat in. They sell out of a lot of the options around 2pm before closing at 3 (in winter at least).

It was later in the day so there were less options, however we got the melon gazpacho and chilli (chilli sin carne) to take away.

The gazpacho was lovely and fresh. The chilli was nice.. mild. It was a pretty standard flavour, however the sliced cucumber with coriander flavour was a good addition, made it not as heavy feeling.
Chocolate chip cookie was good!
The staff were very helpful and patiently explained everything in English.
It was a little on the pricey side, but worth it - generous portions.
Also dog friendly 🐕

The food was excellent and the owner very nice. She even gave us a "secret" recipe. We loved especially the cold soup with water melon and cucumber.

I went there a week ago with my husband and I liked it a lot. Today I wanted to go there again with one of my sons (we live 100 km away ...), but they were closed for summer holidays until the 16th of August. Anyway, I'm quite sure that I will visit them again.

Read moreThe restaurant is very pleasant and you can immediately feel the ethical and ecological attention in the details, the materials and in the products. The food is really good, made with tasty ingredients, nutritious and healthy. The staff are fabulous. I speak a rusty French and I felt really welcome. They made us feel at ease and we had nice conversations. It was a truly warming experience in terms of finding some like-minded people who share the same values of caring for the environment and for animals.
Slightly expensive, but the prices reflect the policy, so fair enough!
A truly lovely place not to be missed if you visit Caen (and even more so if you live nearby!)

When we walked in, it smelled wonderful and was busy. We got there for a late lunch and all but one dish had already sold out. We ate the lentil wrap and it was delicious and filling. I loved the curry red lentils with spinach, onions and sweet potatoes. It came with a salad. My husband added the grilled soy meat and it was nicely spiced and tasted lovely. Good service and delicious, light desserts. We got an orange cake that was very nice. I recommend it.

Nice little vegan restaurant & shop in a great shopping street. We only had coffee, tea (good-quality, loose leaf) and a few sweets, but they were very good. I had a quick glance at the menu and it looked nice, but we didn't try it out.

Situated close to the castle, this vegan place had really great tasting food, served by the very friendly owners! The desert was also amazing! There is good seating upstairs, as well as a very clean toilet. At the end of the meal you have to separate the cutlery, bowls/plates etc, and rubbish into separate trays, which I felt was nice to help out.
