Death By Chocolate - Edit
I got chocolate berry cake and a soy latte. The cake was moist and intensely chocolatey. Was definitely on the yum side of healthy cakes rather than the health-flavour side, which to me is a good thing.
Read moreThe selection was surprisingly large. There were muffins, scones, 4 types of cake, cookies tiramisu and various other desserts.
The cafe is within easy walking distance of Imhak station so it's pretty convenient to get to from Incheon. It's also pretty near to Gyeyangsan (Gyesan station), which has nice walking and hiking trails.
Deducted one star because of cow's milk coffee options, as per convention.

Vegan Oasis on outskirts of Bucheon - Edit
Yes, there are some great places in Bucheon but none near Lofi. I showed up 5 mins before opening and they already had door open and most baked goods were ready, warm and fresh from oven 😋 The selection is quite basic and familiar but really fills need.
