One Great Waitress! - Edit
I live fairly close to Local Pizza and they do a great job on pizza. When I went vegan last year, I let our server know and got the cauliflower GF crust pizza. I did that a few more times until an awesome waitress told me that the cauliflower crust is not vegan, but the regular crust is. I’m not a fan of their vegan cheese, so I would get a pizza with sauce and basil next time and maybe a salad.

The GF crusts are not vegan.

As there are only a few GF options my wife had a hearts of palm salad that tasted good.
Pros: Make your own pizza option, Very knowledgeable hostess
Cons: No vegan / gluten free pizza option, Pricey

A nice surprise on a whim - Edit
They have a decent gluten free crust with reasonable Vegan cheese options. I had a personal pie with spinach and mushrooms, and it was quite good. My wife is not Vegan and loved her sandwich.
