Serves meat, vegan options available. Mostly-veg little cafe in Kville on Hisingen. Offers coffee and fresh bread in the morning and soup for lunch. The coffee shop (fiket) is run by Robin Olsson as an extension of his ideas about how to create a better society, mainly by increasing the number of bicyclists in the city, but also by making vegetarian and organic food the norm. Open Tue-Sat 11:00am-6:00pm.

Cosy and creative, community vibe - Edit

I visited the café in the summer of 2015. This is a place where you can grab a quick lunch or hang out for hours. There are several vegan options on the menu. I had a delicious hummus sandwich with tomatoes and a mud cake with raspberry sorbet. Stopped by once more for a homemade popsicle.

Great concept; encouraging greener choices and collaborative practices. Café organises events regularly such as Slow Roll by bike, movie nights and usually has a small exhibition of prints of local artists.

The atmosphere is laid-back and creative. "Analog time" is encouraged and while you charge your phone there are plenty of interesting books to browse and Robin is always up for a 'chin-wag'.

If I lived in Gothenburg I'd be there all the time!

Pros: Lots of vegan options, friendly and laid-back atmos', organic

Cons: Limited seating but usually not a problem
