Nice spot - Edit
Vegetarian restaurant with the option to leave out the cheese. Good concept! Would have loved an option that was vegan from the start or the option for vegan cheese.

Nice place with some vegan possibilities - Edit
Traditional and pleasant place. Few options, but they adapt to vegan if you ask. Friendly service. There aren't many alternatives anymore in Uyuni, if you've already been to Minuteman...

Decent food, excellent attention - Edit
I ordered something called quinoa salad (which turned out to not have quinoa at all 😅) as a main dish. That includes potato, sweet potato, cheese (very small pieces), tomato, salad and some other vegetables. I also tried quinoa beer. The food was good, but nothing from the other world.

Not a big menu but they have both vegetarian and vegan options, as well as fresh craft beer and juices. They also have free wifi! Not open on weekends sadly.

Food was okay - Edit
Grateful to have a vegan option as it’s tricky in Uyuni but food was just okay. 3 vegan options and I had the falafel burger. Unfortunately there was very little falafel in it. The homemade chips were nice though, and the bruschetta was quite nice. The man serving us was very friendly!

Came in late after a day on the salt flats and were able to grab some nachos and burgers. Food was good and fresh but the hospitality was even better with the chap giving us lots of advice about Bolivia and future travels

Great vegan / veggie restaurant in Uyuni and definitely the best choice in this town. There are not that many options to choose from (it‘s more like a café), but the food is delicious!

Bruschetta vegana - Edit
Café super agradável no centrinho de Uyuni. Fomos de manhã, então o cardápio era para este período do dia, tem opções vegetarianas e VEGANA comemos uma bruschetta de tomate com manjericão e muito alho! Estava deliciosa! E café americano boliviano. Playlist aprovadíssima também!

Bismarck is the best host - Edit
This lil vegetarian cafe can make any of their dishes vegan. The beer and coffee are also amazing. Has delicious vegan blueberry beat root cake. The owner and cook, Bismarck (aka Elvis) can tell you all about his grandma and his love of Llamas. I could stay there all day.

Unmissable - Edit
One of those small, special places you will never forget. The owner, Bismark, is a kind spirited, warm hearted person who provided us delicious wholesome vegetarian food (with vegan options available), local craft beers, lovely Bolivian coffee (all very inexpensive) and great conversation (he speaks excellent English and French) together with excellent travel advice for parts of Bolivia. The cafe has a cosy feel and lovely ambience. Don't miss visiting this wonderful place if you are in Uyuni!

This place is a blessing to the World! - Edit
A small, delightfully decorated cafe filled with positive energy! The coffee amazing, tea delicious and beer options for the hubby. We had a vegan sandwich and falafel dish which were both delicious. The owner, Bismark, has a beautiful welcoming spirit and speaking incredibly good English. We learnt so much about Bolivia and the culture here. Please visit and support the only fully vegetarian cafe in Uyuni!

Hardworking lovely llama cafe 🦙 - Edit
We were welcomed with the best spoken English in 6 months of travel and the biggest smile, bismark is nothing short of a cafe god the food is so fresh and tasty and to have that and such a homely atmosphere is a combination rarely achieved. Quality craft beers and barista coffee herbal teas at the bar, well presented dishes and a menu with a lovely message. Well decorated inside and easy to find outside, feels like you could literally ask for anything changed to the menu and if it was literally possible it would be done.

such a lovely atmosphere - Edit
This place in Uyuni, is just the most lovely place to sit in the sun and get your cup of coffee or eat some of Bismark's vegetarian creations. The owner of this place has dedicated himself to create a spot that balance the abundance of meat-restaurants, and succeeds in it very well. We sipped one of his first coffees, it was delicious. Bismark is an alround-genius, through his knowledge of the best companies, best ways to travel, most interesting things to visit, we had the chance to see beautiful places and followed a very good tour at the salt flats. Very grateful to know this place in Bolivia!

Best choice in Uyuni - Edit
The Llama Café is an unique place in Uyuni. Beautifully decorated with love for (Llama) details, good music, charming owners and the best of all: very good vegetarian food! We have tried all 3 menus and all were great. The Café has recently opened and is still developing and looking for more vegetarian options for its customers. Coffee is also good at this place. very very much recommended!
