There was a bit of a wait at the stall as they were very busy - I was with family and we sent one person to find a table and one person to get drinks while we waited. We had a banana and caramel waffle between three of us as it was so large, making the price seem good value.
They also sell their icecream in small tubs through local supermarkets and veg-friendly stores, and I found that their tubs were not as good as buying fresh from the stall. There are, however, more flavours available in the tubs than they sometimes have at the stall.

Ice cream sandwich anyone? - Edit
The best vegan ice cream ever! SA made and owned, tubs available in some supermarkets and other retail stores but also at the Market Shed on Holland every Sunday. Makes the best ice cream sandwiches; two tasty cookies with an ice cream filling. They also serve waffles. Heaps of ice cream flavours to choose from.
Pros: All vegan and locally made, Lots of flavours , Tastes amazing!
Cons: The ice cream sandwiches need to be available ever
