3.5 stars but not quite 4 - Edit
The veg rolls here were pretty good and the wait staff was kind and attentive. The ginger salad was not so great though, it was like half a cup of ginger dressing plopped on top and just lettuce underneath. Overall good and I’d come again if I was in the area but there’s some room for improvement, kinda basic (but again good)

Best Chinese in Allentown - Edit
I'm a pretty regular customer. The wait staff are really nice and do their best.

The veggie dumplings and the veggie spring rolls are delicious appetizers. I recommend any of these.
They have a few vegan sushi rolls, my favorite is the tempura eggplant roll.
My favorite meal is the snow peas and broccoli in chili sauce. I added tofu to this and it's fantastic! The flavor is delicious. The Szechuan tofu is also great.
The other Chinese main dishes have just been ok. But I was able to explore the menu some more. They are able to make things like orange chicken into orange tofu.
Not the best Chinese food that I've had, but the best in Allentown.
Pros: Plenty of vegan options , Tofu can be added to any dish, Eggplant sushi roll
Cons: Hit or miss on flavor
