Read moreThere is a buzzy air of happiness when you walk into Little Turtle, as everyone there is either having a great food experience, or know they are about to.
Each time, we have been there, it is tempting to go back to the same delicious dish from the time before but I really recommend trying as many dishes as you can.
They are all a taste sensation of beautiful Thai spices, textures and herbs. So fresh too!
To name but a few - The red curry arancini, The sticky sesame wings, The complicated noodles, The classic Thom Yum Soup, Green curry fried rice, Mushroom fried rice, The Baos....the list just goes on.
Can't wait to go back again and again to work through the whole menu : )

Every single thing I’ve eaten here has been really tasty! The buffalo cauliflower wings are absolutely amazing!! The pad see ew noodles are seriously brilliant. Can you tell I love this place?!!

Buzzy, busy restaurant at the very top of Stanmore Rd. Food and service are excellent. We had Complicated Noodles (very complicated, we nearly sent it back as we saw no noodles) and Thai Crepe Dumplings. The noodle dough in both was light and delicious. If I could score this restaurant more than 5, I would.

Amazing and complex flavours that hero vegetables. Don’t expect mock meat here it’s all about beautiful fresh veg. Love the mushroom toast and all the coconut curries for main. They put a lot of emphasis on plating which is nice. Everything tastes incredibly fresh and a lot of love goes into everything I’ve tried here. Serving sizes could be bigger but that’s only because I want more of the deliciousness. Personally I think the pad Thai doesn’t suit vermicelli noodles and would be better as a flat rice noodle (personal preference) flavour was still good.

Fantastic variety on the menu, extremely flavourful and quick service, also loved the atmosphere of the place and the size of the servings. Was 100% satisfied after the meal and would absolutely go again, my boyfriend who is not vegan also thoroughly enjoyed everything. Particularly enjoyed that I could order tempeh and brown rice as typically every other thai restaurant I’ve been to doesn’t have these options. Only regret I have is not being able to try everything on the menu :))

Contrary to some other reviews I thought the dishes we had were flavourful and unique. We sat in a beautiful outside covered area which was very ambient. The baos were delicious! We also really enjoyed the salt and pepper tofu. The masaman was presented beautifully but was a little different to what I had expected so in future I personally would opt for something more vegetable heavy rather than solely potato. The cashew nut stir fry was also a standout. Don’t forget to try the mango sticky rice it’s a great way to finish off the meal!

Really loved the starters here. Would recommend the cauliflower wings, summer rolls and arancini... The tofu satay was also delicious. The massaman curry had lovely flavour and really enjoyed the phad see ew, the noodles were very unusual but really enjoyable! The holy basil stir fry was the only disappointing dish.

So nice to be able to go to a thai place and order vegan currys. The flavours were amazing and everything was served very creatively and seemed to use all parts of the ingredients and made it very aesthetically pleasing and tasty! Ie. the friend rice served in a pineapple and the coconut curry (my favourite dish)served with the coconut water and in the coconut. Definitely impressive place to dine even for non vegans.

This place has a nice selection of food, and it’s beautifully presented with lots of flavour, though some dishes are quite rich. Based on another review which seemed to think the servings were small, I ordered too much. Even the entrees are decent sizes here! So don’t worry about that.
