Good vegan comfort food - Edit
Multiple ramens that can be made vegan - homemade rye noodles, grilled tofu, shiitake mushrooms , micro greens, and pea shoots. delicious! I had the miso and my husband had the shoyu based.

Wife and I finally got around to coming by, since we live in Yosemite. Was surprisingly really good! Got the Vegan Creamy Miso ramen.

While ordering the staff told us they where out of tofu and shitake. We had to eat just miso broth with vegetables and pasta and we had to wait more than one hour… not a good experience!

The mushroom comes cold, but had this amazing texture and warms up as soon as you dip it in the sauce. The ramen treated amazing, great tofu, and you can definitely feel many flavors, not just fancy hot water and noodles like some places.

Great options, most things can be made vegan. Ramen was great, wine and beer options, locally owned. Had driven by a few times on the way home from Yosemite, but will be here again!

The curry ramen special was very tasty. The grilled tofu was flavorful and soft. There are a couple vegan dessert options as well.

Salt Bomb 💣 (but possibly rectified) - Edit
Cute place with a very nice porch for outdoor seating. All three of their ramens are available in vegan form. I chose the miso ramen after asking the waitress which was least salty. The noodles are chewy and definitely taste homemade. The flavors were tasty, except it was hard to get past the extreme salt level. You may be thinking I’m just critical of salt, and you’re not wrong, BUT I’ve enjoyed many restaurant ramens that did not have this issue. The tofu in particular was so salty it was almost inedible. Did the chef’s salt shaker lose its top over my ramen? That’s pretty much what it tasted like. If the salt was removed though, it all would have been very delicious.
Read moreLastly, the mochi ice cream was very disappointing. They came out icy and frosted, even a little freezer burned. The mochi tasted nice, but had varying textures on one piece. The vegan “ice cream” was just frozen coconut milk I’m pretty sure. The coconut absolutely dominated the lychee flavor. Not super enjoyable.
Edit: I actually called the next day and spoke with one of the owners. I thought that maybe they weren’t aware of how salty the food was. He was extremely nice and understanding. He offered to refund my money (I didn’t ask for that), and he was going to check into the tofu batch in particular.

We had the vegan Miso Ramen and it was amazing! The dessert was delicious, too. In addition, the owner was very nice. We recommend this place definitely.

Amazing Ramen - Edit
They are easily able to make all of their ramen options vegan. I’ve been craving this place every day since eating there and will make a special trip next time I’m in Yosemite or in the area. If I could rate 5 stars in this app, I definitely would.
