Lively place by the river and boats. - Edit
The ambiance reminds me a little of the Venice boardwalk, with scooters, skaters and dragon boat racers walking by. Had the vegan fieldroast sandwich (delish) and vegan avocado toast (also good). Portland could use more riverside restaurants!

Some options - Edit
Cute restaurant on riverwalk. Had avocado toast which was great as well as nondairy milk options for almost all beverages (coffees, hot chocolates, etc) and servers thoroughly understood what was vegan and what was not.
