Best banh mi in town!! - Edit
This place is the definition of a hidden gem!! Super tiny family-run business, they basically only do a few dishes but they do them VERY well. Their tofu banh mi is hands down the best in town, I'm drooling just thinking about it. It's a perfect balance of fresh veggies, tofu, sauce, crunchy-flaky-pillowy-soft baguette, a bite of heat from the jalapenos... 😋 Soooo good! The chive cakes are an excellent crispy-soft side full of flavor too, especially when they're still hot from the fryer (nuke them a bit at home if you need to!).
