The owner of this place does not understand what Vegan or Vegeterian means..

My family and I went to try this place out and order some vegan rolls and see if anything else they had was vegan. One person ordered the vegetarian lunch box and after telling the server and checking with the owner about us being vegan they reassured us the miso soup was vegan (which I know to almost ALWAYS have fish powder) after asking her to check again she said it did in fact have "a little" fish powder but that it was "okay". We assured her it was infact NOT "okay" and she looked as if she did not understand why we would send it back. The veggie sunamono also came with shrimp on it and had to be sent back.. I would not trust to return to this place as the owners clearly do not understand or care about vegan or vegeterian or even food allergies!
