Cozy little 100 % vegan restaurant in Üzümlü Fethiye with dedicated team - Edit
The only complete vegan restaurant in the entire region. Ebru and her lovely team prepares delicious food from regional ingredients according to good food specifications. The concept is currently a changing daily menu, organic, biodiverse, sugar free options, healthy - and of course super delicious. New creations are constantly being tested, such as fermented yoghurt made from chickpeas or lentil tofu. In summer, tables are available in their own herb and flower garden. We love the environmental thoughts of this spot like zero waste, reusable tableware for take out and alternatives for plastic packaging. In addition, cultural events and projects are also organized by Ebru. So glad we found this peaceful spot with kindly loving people and yummy meals.

Could turn vegan if this is the quality - Edit
I’m not a vegan and normally not a fan, but this place is great. Run by an architect that focuses on sustainability and the environment, Litea is a really warm and welcoming small place that serves excellent food that is 100% vegan - no shortcuts. Whoever thought you could make (delicious) mayonnaise from chickpeas? Well, they do and it’s lovely. There’s also a good selection of meze to take away. Try it.
