CLOSED: Lite Dark - Zeedijk

Yumm! Real quality food, organic ingredients. Not a lot of food though, so if you're really hungry you're gonna have to go for a salad, a smoothie and a raw ball. Limited seating. But yumm!

I visited both locations with my girlfriend. I was very happy with both visits, she did not like one of the smoothies.
The interiors were well designed and cool with nice music playing.
The staff member I spoke to wasn't the most friendly and I could see several examples of bio waste that could have been reused instead.
Nevertheless, a nice place with tasty juices.

This was just another stumbled upon place that looked great from the outside with my gut feeling telling me that it is was totally vegetarian. Yes it was, another great find. Very nice inside, it smelt so beautiful. I am a chocoholic and I found myself getting a high on the pure chocolate aromas inside. Back to reality. We bought a few raw cocoa vegan powerballs at €2 a pop. Well, I say a few but only 2 as they are quite small but they certainly pack a punch in taste and texture. We'd just eaten but still had a look at the menu which certainly impressed. Check it out online, it opens up as a nice pdf. It's a place for a quick healthy fix, not somewhere to linger and dine. There are bar stools where you can perch and sink your pure energy protein vegan shakes and have a swift snack. I think it's a bit out of place in the often crazy melee of Zeedijk but I'll be sure to check the sister branch out on Utrechtesraat on my next visit to The Dam.
