What a gem! The staff were very helpful, knew what was and wasn’t vegan, and I was very grateful the lady taking my order used a brand new spatula to scoop my ice cream!

Read moreI had the chocolate gelato which is based on water and the hazelnut which is based on soy and they were delicious!!! I was so happy to finally have some other ice cream than sorbet (I love fruit flavours but started to really miss the creaminess of for example chocolate).
This vegan ice cream was so creamy and soft, the flavours were very good and I was so happy with my ice cream.
Please go here if you want gelato in Volterra (even for non-Vegans: they have more flavours and they’re all really good, my family also loved their ice creams).

Had the best vegan nocciola and chocolate! Apart from this two flavors they also had some vegan fruit flavors. Unluckily the cones are not vegan.
