Great surprise on our road trip - Edit
Finding good vegan options on road trips can be difficult, which is why I was delighted to find this tasty, authentic Chinese place. The menu is bigger in person than online and Lisa, the friendly owner, will accommodate you even more options. There are newspaper articles on the wall about how such a unique restaurant came to be in rural Nebraska.
