A multi-story restaurant building, Casa Lis, and on the 4th floor is the vegetarian restaurant. Busy at lunch with office workers. Arrive before 1230pm for a table. DEC 2016 CLOSED FOR REMODELING - LET HAPPYCOW KNOW IF / WHEN IT REOPENS. Open Mon-Sun 11:30am-3:30pm.

A good choice downtown - Edit
This is located in a multi-story building with a different restaurant on each floor. Take the elevator or stairs to the 4th floor for the Veggie restaurant. As of March 2010 the set meal of the day is 6700 pesos. While the food was good, the plate lacked any contrasting colors... in fact the plate looked fairly bland. The day I went they brought me a soup, then the main plate which had 5 different items. They also offered me a choice of juice. The dessert was a tiny, but delicious, rice-coconut concoction. The place is filled with office workers from the nearby buildings, and I would arrive no later than 1230pm to get a table. The nearest Transmilenio station is Museo de Oro.
Pros: Location (if you're downtown), Good food
Cons: Presentation lacks thought, Busy dining room
