Great Atmosphere and Vegan Options - Edit
Lingua is a family-run cafe with a really nice atmosphere, free wifi, tons of space for hanging out, and a selection of vegan options. The always have a vegan burger (on baguette), a balsamic veggie sandwich, chili rice, pasta, and hot drinks with soy - plus baked goods which vary but usually include brownies, chocolate cupcakes, and cinnamon rolls (all vegan!). Lingua is one of my favourite cafes in Osaka to hang out for an entire afternoon doing computer work, and it's also great for families or for grabbing a quick bite.

Pros: Nice atmosphere with wifi, Close to the station, More and more vegan options!
Cons: Not fully vegan yet ;)
