Great food, atmosphere and service - Edit
Really enjoyed our night here - the food was great - I like the street food concept. If you have had the real thing in the countries where the foods are from I am not sure it will meet expectations. But this is a great interpretation and a posh twist on them. We had the tofu Bao Buns and the Masala Dosai. Really enjoyed them. The drinks and service were great too.
Pros: Food, Service
Cons: Pricey

Excellent meal and service - Edit
I took my father here for his birthday (not being aware of the mortuary connection). Everything was excellent, I particularly recommend the falafel and the smoky eggplant soup.

Good, similar to other tapas restaurants - Edit
I liked Linger, but I was not blown away by it. The menu is a nice balance between different regions, only two or so of the regions having options that are both gluten free and vegan. 4 or 5 regions having vegan options. The service was wonderful, they were knowledgeable about the ingredients of their food. It was also a really classy environment, which was a nice change of pace from the car I had been in for a while prior to arriving.
The food was really good. I tried the crepe and the sweet potato waffle fries. My partner had the falafel lettuce cups, but was not terribly impressed by them, though he said they were good. I think my favorite part of my meal was the sauces they give with the crepe...they were delicious. The drink menu was also very nice, I had to choose between several options that sounded good.
I would say that the experience is good, though it is expensive.

Very Highly Recommended - Edit
GET THE PAD THAI WITH TOFU. Its outstanding. If you are lucky enough to have the Taiwanese shaved ice on offer when you are there, you must try it. Its heavenly.
Excellent wine selection, and large variety of cocktails and other adult beverages.
The highest praise goes to the staff. I don't know if Ive ever dined somewhere before where each and every member of the staff I interacted with treated me with such warmth. Not just going through the motions but genuine kindness. Wonderful, top notch people at this place.
Make reservations/call ahead. Very popular place.

Very nice place - Edit
I'm not sure what more I can add to the reviews that hasn't already been said in the other reviews. This place is upscale, the food is very good, and they are very vegan friendly. This is a great place for a group of vegans to go or a great place for a mixed group of vegans and omnis. There's plenty for everyone. This is the perfect place to entertain clients, where you can get a vegan meal without having to interrogate the waiter in front of the client.

Yummy in so many ways! - Edit
There were a good number of vegetarian options, served up in this swank, very popular restaurant. The watermelon and heirloom tomato salad was delicious, as were all the generously-sized plates we ordered, including tofu bahn mi, fish tacos, white gazpacho, and the dosa. Lots of vegetarian, gluten-free, and vegan options. Staff was very friendly and attentive, asked about allergies when taking our order. The bar staff is extremely attractive, so if you're in the mood for eye candy, this place has it all. ;)
Pros: Swank and lovely atmosphere, Fantastic food, Gorgeous staff

Another place with vegan options in Denver - Edit
So exciting to have another place in Denver with vegan choices. I walked into Linger on a Saturday night with no reservation and figured I wouldn't be able to eat, but I was wrong. A reservation is a good idea, but it is open seating in the bar area. This place is pretty happening and was packed. The bartenders were both really knowledgable regarding the vegan options and making recommendations. Everything I tried was really great and I appreciate the wide variety of options based on the "global" menu. I would definitely come again.
Pros: Great vegan options, Lively atmosphere, Knowledgable staff
