Huge menu - Edit
On demand you can get a vegan menu. There are so many dishes that it is actually hard to pick something because all of them sound great (and acutally they also taste great!). Usually there is also at least one vegan dessert available and there are even a couple of vegan wines. It is very cozy inside and the prices are perfectly fair.
Pros: a lot to choose from, fair prices for good quality, all dishes available for take-out

Huge vegan menu - Edit
Wonderful ambience, friendly staff and above all: the vegan menu is bomb :D The philosophy of the owner: "Everyone is supposed to find something to eat on the menu" is just great and we had difficulties to choose because they offer so many different dishes. Bruschetta, pizza, pasta, gnocchi and also the dessert ... everything was really good and even the "omnivores" were enthusiastic about the vegan dishes. I can highly recommend l'incontro. We will definitely come back soon!

A lot of options for vegans - Edit
If you ask the waiter/waitress they will give you a vegan card with a lot of options. I had a big pizza with veggies on it and it was very nice. Also the prices are reasonable.

Although L'Incontro is not strictly vegan, the vegan menu is incredible. I cannot recall the last time I had so many dishes to choose from. They offer starters, pasta, pizza, vegetable dishes and even desserts. We had the Pasta alla Carbonara (10 €) and Pasticcio al forno (10,50 €) as well as a vegan strawberry cake and cappuccino with soy milk. Everything was delicious and the service was great as well.

So straight up: L'Incontro serves meat. BUT they have a separate vegan menu (that you need to ask for) with a large range of vegan pizza, pasta and other italian fare using ingredients like vegan cheese, vegan béchamel sauce and vegan salami. The menu said that vegan desserts are available, but we were too full to discover them.
It's a good option for pleasing a mixed party of omnivores and vegans. Good to support restaurants taking this kind of initiative.

Vegan Italian Food - Edit
Nice atmosphere, super friendly service.
Extra vegan menue with any sort of starter, pizza, pasta, casseroles, other Itlian food and dessert.
Price is alright and there is an opportunity to sit outside in summer. It's only 1 minute from the trainstop "Kaiserplatz"
