Directions: it's between Ratsavongsouk Road and Catholic church, behind the church, a few meters from Cafe Chai Dee. Opens only on days of smaller and bigger Buddhist festivals except from December on it is open everyday. Confirmed open Nov 2014.

They sell noodles, quite yummy. But when they run out of food for that day, they stop selling. Located at entrance of AC shop. Friendly, happy, smiling husband and wife running the tiny shop.
