Worth the Wait. - Edit

Delicious vegan food. Went there twice. The service was a little slow only 2 servers there. But the food makes up for it. All of the ingredients are about 80% organic. The flavors meshed very well. They even brought out to us a little soup to try. Desserts I could have one of each. Some were raw.

Pros: Decor, vegan food & raw vegan desserts

Cons: Slow service.

Special Night - Edit

Mum and I had a great time here on Christmas night. The atmosphere was beautiful, they even had their pet dog in the restaurant lounging near the fire. The service was wonderful, all the staff so kind! There were several vegan/ vegetarian options and the waiter was helpful when we were choosing a wine. The Moscato was delicious, as was the champaign! The food was nice enough, however was very rich and both Mum and I felt a bit off the next day. Could definitely have shared a dessert instead of having one each. It's quite expensive but nice for a special occasion.

Romantic dinner, beautiful vegan meal - Edit

I can't rave enough about this place! They offered a vegetarian meal that was very easily made vegan and one of the most delicious dinners I've ever had! Romantic ambiance and great service. Don't miss this place!

A very nice place to eat - Edit

This restaurant is not in the city center but it’s worth a visit. You can find dishes for vegans, vegetarians and non-vegetarians. Some of them are also glutin free and everything is homemade, even the bread. A special surprise for me, was the dessert which I have selected: a delicious pudding with almonds and vegan.
The stuff is very friendly and the atmosphere is very pleasant.

Pros: homemade dishes, delightful food , great atmosphere

We love L'Impossible - Edit

Excellent contemporary Italian cuisine using very good local ingredients (mostly cereals, vegetables and legumes). There are always several vegetarian options and at least one vegan option. The cook is vegetarian himself and is glad to accommodate requests.

The staff is very nice and the place is beautiful. During the weekend there are live jazz concerts and the atmosphere is great.

We have been there twice and both times we found it excellent. It is a bit expensive, but it is worth the price.

Pros: Food, Atmoshphere, Staff

Cons: Price

The best vegan friendly restaurant of Chamonix - Edit

We went to l'Impossible restaurant that take place in an ancient farm. The atmosphere is very warmful, friendly and beautiful with all the wood walls. We went there because we are vegan. Dishes were very nice presented and of high quality because they use organic products. We ate a vegan burger and a rice cream with vegan ice and cheese cake! Oh my god all was so perfectioned cooked. I strongly recommend this place! Enjoy!!

First time I've ever tipped significantly - Edit

Fantastic for vegans! Menu items are clearly marked in English who they are suitable for! Around 4 mains 3 entrees and 4 desserts are vegan. I chose broccoli ravioli with nori tofu, celery chilli soup and tofu cheesecake.

The ravioli was UNBELIEVABLE! Probably the best main I've ever had.

The soup was spot on and the cheesecake very nice (although well outshone by the savoury items).

For 2 our meal cost 68 euro. We happily handed over 80.

Probably the best part was while waiting for our paid entree and main they brought out 2 exquisite entrees absolutely free.

What a special place. Bring your special someone here if you can.

Pros: Exquisite French vegan cuisine

Cons: a little pricy for some but well worth it

Zmeika 08 Feb 2012 - Did you have entree, main dish, dessert for this price or it also includes the wine? It's a bit expensive
