Seems like there are not many other good vegan options in town, but the tofu / beyond meat options here did the job. Was ready for pickup very quickly

Excellent food, friendly staff - Edit
My husband and I brought his parents here. Two of us got the Vegetarian Delight and two of us got the General Tso's Tofu. Both were amazing. I agree with the previous reviewer -- they need more options, particularly in the sushi realm. Edamame was available, as well as spring rolls and some salads. Service was very friendly and we look forward to visiting again.
