There is potential - Edit

Lily Jos has the advantages of a good location and great atmosphere, plus, their staff is very friendly and attentive. They decreased their vegan options during the pandemic and are offering only 3 vegan mains and some appetizers but they are planning on expanding again in fall. I had the salad bowl with broccoli and avocado and the teriyaki cauliflower as main course, and I have to say that the salad was way more satisfying. The cauliflower was tasty and interesting, still, the portion is tiny compared to the price, even for Swiss standards. Unfortunately they don’t have any vegan dessert.

Hyper efficient - Edit

At least in the Zurich branch I tried, this chain lets you order at a screen which spits out a buzzer that notifies you when your food is ready. The main feature are the one daily changing vegan menus (only tried that once and it was good) as well as a vegan sandwich in case you don't like the vegan menu. Currently there's a vegan platter for two as well. So, not bad at all.
