Vegan items are clearly labeled on the menu and can include a poke bowl, bean zucchini cutlets, falafel, tropical smoothie with chia seeds, wild garlic pasta and coffees. (Located in the border town of Valga, where train passengers have to wait several hours between connecting trains between Estonia and Latvia. Great vegan options - Edit
The vegan options were not aplenty, but the two that we tried - the cauliflower with hummus, and the coconut soup with vegetable gyoza - were absolutely delightful.

Cozy place, with surprisingly vegan options - Edit
I enjoyed oat-milked latte with coconut smoothie. The place is warm and welcoming. Perfect to wait between two trains. There are quite some options for meals as well, food seems a bit expensive though
