Top 3 soups in my life!!! - Edit
Vegetarian with clearly marked vegan options. They were sold out on some items, so they made the soup they did have, ekstra nice. Very delicious and filling soup made from fresh ingredients. We also had their kombucha, also very good! Best recommendations.

Good Ban My - Edit
We had 2 good but spicy vegan Ban My. If you don't eat spicy, maybe tell them upfront. They have vegan meat alternatives like vegan sausage or vegan ham, but also Tofu (the latter we didn't try though).

Best variety on Cat Ba island - Edit
90 % of the menu is vegetarian, and items containing egg and dairy are clearly labelled. All dishes can be customised. Loads of really interesting dishes beyond the standard pho and spring rolls (currys, stews, poke bowls, homemade kombucha). We ate there several times and managed to order completely different (but equally delicious!) meals each time.

Café with many vegan options - Edit
Surprisingly many vegan options. Coffee is available with soya or oat milk. The Bánh mì are generously filled and taste delicious.
