Great and tasty tapas - Edit
I ate a few times here and it's amazing. I rather have the mix of tapas, which includes one portion of every other tapa in the menu. Everything is vegan and just tasty and amazing, I was really impressed by the food here.

This place is closed! - Edit
Light Frank is closed. There is another restaurant called Fat Frank which isn’t vegan/vegeterian.

The actual restaurant 'Light Frank' might be closed, but Fat Frank took over their entire vegetarian/vegan menu.

Be aware this place is not longer opened - Edit
There used to be a light frank which was run by a vegan couple. The premises used to be next to a regular restaurant called fat frank.

Doesn’t qualify as a vegan restaurant!! Poor quality food too.
Pros: There is nothing good about fat frank
Cons: Trying to make money out of vegans.

It's great but don't think it qualifies as 100% vegan - Edit
I had the vegan combo dish for €12 and a smoothie for €3.70. It was great and I'd recommend. I just don't think it qualifies as vegan restaurant. There are two parts to the Frank's restaurant building with (I think) another business inbetween. The vegan part is covered in 100% vegan signs but I sat outside anyway in area shared by both parts and was handed menu that had meat and pizza options and a vegan page. The food was delivered to me from the meat building implying they just have one kitchen there.

No longer offer vegan - Edit
This place is actually Fat Franks. We asked for a vegan menu and they didn’t have it. There’s still some veggie options, and the atmosphere is great. But it doesn’t qualify as a vegan restaurant.

Amazing! - Edit
We ended up going there twice within three days in Las Palmas - the burgers, tacos, sandwiches - everything was awesome. The only thing we were not thrilled with was spaghetti carbonara due to the vegan cheese, but i guess everyone knows vegan cheese might be a hit or miss!

Delicious variety! - Edit
Deliciousness all the way! A mixed platter, which can feed two semi hungry people, or one very hungry person. But, it also offers a taste of (almost) everything Frank has: vege fish, goulash, gluten fee taco, hummus with salad💗Separately tried falafel, fresh and crunchy! Add a cana (or two) of beer and you have a perfect vegan holiday meal!

Needs to improve - Edit
I'm always happy to find new vegan restaurants in the cities I know, however the food here wasn't really good. We ordered a caesar salad to share and then a sandwich and a fajita and first of all, the dishes looked dull in the plates but more importantly they were really bland and unsavoury. It's really inexpensive, which is good, but honestly there's a lot to improve in their cuisine.

Delicious Canarian/South-American style food with a twist - Edit
I shared several dishes of the menu: the vegan Latin tacos (with delicious mayo and pomegranate seeds), spaghetti carbonara (with smokey tofu) and combined plate (with a delicious vegan egg). Creative cuisine, friendly chefs

We had Tacos, Spaghetti Carbonara and a combination platter that had a vegan egg! Couldn’t believe my eyes 😃 it was all fresh and packed with tasty ingredients. 100% recco. The Italian couple who were the chefs were so into the cuisine it was wonderful. 3 cheers to you !

Good food - Edit
It is a bit difficult to find the place, because it is part of Fat Frank. Also, the staff is the same and the Fat Frank staff doesn’t seem to be particularly knowledgeable about vegan food items. The food we had was good though.

Nice vegan food - Edit
We went to Light Frank and ate outside. Light Frank is part of big frank (regular food, not vegan). The menu of light Frank is rather small (about 5 or 6 options), but the dishes that we had were very nice.
