just Ok. food lacks inspiration - Edit

It is wonderful to see this restaurant in an area that lacks true vegan options. It is a beautiful restaurant in eco-modern design. The menu is interesting and has a number of options for vegans. The food however lacks creativity in flavor. The choices blend well and some options are tasty but nothing really To return for. After eating there a few times It all tasted pretty much the same. I hope they revamp the choices and put a little more soul into their options. Vegan cuisine shouldn't be boring. That being said- it is worth a try for those needing lunch options.

Pros: many choices, great restaurant design

Cons: staff seems disinterested, missed opportunities in menu

Good option - Edit

As a vegan who travels for work, eating out can be a challenge. The challenge is further compounded when im in a n area that I'm unfamiliar with. I was pleased to find a location that opens early (7am) with several vegan options.

The atmosphere is beautiful and contemporary. The menu is robust. It's is pricey, which is expected for this type of dining experience. The avocado toast was rather underwhelming, merely toast with a very thin layer of avocado. I enjoyed the liquid gold.

Pros: Opens at 7

Cons: Pricey

pretty good - Edit

Pretty good. Their smoothies are really good. I love the one that has mint in it. A lot of the bowls were just not vegan cause the sauce has honey, or there is a fried egg, or something. Ask the employees and they will help you find something delicious. I like how everything was compostable.

Pros: fresh, seasonal food, helpful staff, compostable dishes and utensils

Cons: none I can think of
