Good food, portions below average - Edit
We ended up here while looking for another Lien Hoa, which we chose because we wanted something fancy. We could not find that one, and its location has caused me a lot of confusion. Anyway, we ended up here, and this was anything but fancy. The space is small. We were given a very simple rice plate, which was delicious, but not very big compared to similar restaurants, even if it was only VND20K. Of course this is still cheap. I asked one of the staff about the other Lien Hoa addresses at 497/35 Sư Vạn Hạnh and 286/8 Tô Hiến Thành and she told me they were (respectively) the wrong address and closed.
