Found this place on my morning cycle ride. Run and owned by a young Vietnamese lady who speaks fluent English. Open aired and clean all vegan Vietnamese restaurant. My massive meal was only 18,000 Dong. When I left the young lady said the restaurant is for charity. Basically poor people can eat there for cheap. Next time I'll give extra money. It's also situated on a corner and has good views of the surrounding area.
My food is the best vegan food I'll eaten so far in District 7. I will return.
