Okayish

Order inside and you can sit on a nice terrace at a busy square. They have 3 vegan options on the menu.
U get the food in disposable boxes.
And a bleep thing. So on the terrace you hear those beeps all the time.
The panada €5 tasted good but maybe a bit dry I missed some juice in it. It was just veggies.
The patatoe dish €9 i forgot the name was good but the toppings, zucchini and carrot were a bit tasteless. Some olive oil would be nice.
The portions are not so big. It was okay but I still ended up for a piadina afterwards.

Best place in Alghero old town

Best vegan food in the old town of Alghero, typical Sardinian cuisine at reasonable prices. Went back several times and since I come to Alghero every year this really stands out compared to other places. Highly recommend 🩵

Pros: Great food, Reasonable prices, Friendly staff

A nice place to try out local food as a vegan

Little place that serves local quisine like fregula (little round pebbles of pasta) and culurgiones (filled pasta) also in veganised form - these are clearly named 'vegan' on the menu. There are also other options on the menu that don't seem to contain animal ingredients based on the allergens, which are also all clearly listed. I have tried the vegan fregula, which was preparred fresh. The pasta was cooked 'al dente' the Italian way, which I'm not a big fan of, but I'm not taking any points for this, because this is clearly just personal preference, and I've expected this. The dish tasted a little bland first, but it definitely got tastier once it cooled down a bit (it was served boiling hot), so I'd recommend waiting a bit before digging in! :)

Prices are reasonable for the location, but note that the portions aren't very big. The place is very small with no sitting options right in front of it - there's a little sitting room that belongs to them in the small street on the right of the restaurant though, where you can also find a toilet.

Pros: local cuisine, reasonable prices for the location

Cons: sitting area not the best, taste a little bland, small-ish portions
