Cool place with vegan options - Edit
This is a café right next to the Nordbean roastery with very cool interior design. They also sell coffee beans and local bread. Their menu changes - I went for the pancakes I saw online but they were no longer on the menu. Everything is clearly labeled and they always have some vegan cakes (delicious).

Great find in Liberec! - Edit
Found this place spontaneously with a group of vegans. Most food isn't vegan but they have options like tomato soup and delicious bread, as well as cakes and ice cream. On the drinks menu there's many options, like kombucha, coffee of all sorts, teas.
