The best vegan pot stickers - Edit
A friend of mine with a scooter drove out to the restaurant to pick up an order of pot stickers for me to try. It was so good, but I bet it's even better eaten fresh at the restaurant! The lion's mane mushroom fried rice was also delicious. I need to make it out there in person sometime to enjoy it even more.
