The Best Vegan Meal in Verona - Edit
Tucked into a quiet street just off Piazza Bra, L’Evangelista is a wonderful find. They offer a four course prix fixe tasting menu or ala carte. The dishes were all delicious and beautifully plated. The restaurant was great about letting us know each time they brought an unexpected amuse from the kitchen that it was a vegan item. Quiet, friendly, upscale. A perfect place for a nice evening out.

Easily the best vegan food in Verona. The tasting menu was PHENOMENAL and so so worth the price. Staff are super knowledgeable and really made the dining experience. So so worth every bite!

Vegans, no words. Absolutely chocking. One of the best vegan meals I ever head in my life. Outstanding. Marvelous. This, is an experience. Realm of proper food. Congratulations to all involved. This, is the best vegan option restaurant in Verona. Maybe in Italy, who knows.

I had the tasting menu and it might well be the best dining experience I’ve ever had. The staff were wonderful - attentive without fussing - the food was extraordinary whole evening really special. I was dining alone and felt service was excellent (not always the way of a solo diner). It’s pricey but worth it and would highly recommend seeking it out.

This place has a great vegan menu that is just off the main plaza in Verona. The street is quiet and the food is fantastic. They are also very nice and are happy to serve you.

Well worth a visit - Edit
This was a fantastic end to our time in Verona. There are only three things you really need in a restaurant - great food, great wine and great service. All boxes well and truly ticked. Manager Simone and the front of house team were welcoming and friendly but gave us the space to enjoy each other’s company. That said, it feels like we have new friends now! The wine list is extensive and has lots of local options; we got a little help and had a lovely Valpolicella Superiore to accompany the tasting meal. Our Vegan tasting menu was superb - innovative and smart. Alessandro and the kitchen team deserve great praise, and in my opinion L’Evangelista needs a visit from the Michelin people. Thanks to Simone and Alessandro for a memorable dinner.
